US SHIPPING UPDATE - 10% tariff is added at checkout, this will then be paid to Royal Mail while purchasing postage.
EU SHIPPING - We are currently looking into how to become compliant with the GSPR regulations that came into effect on 13/12/24. Hoping to be able to ship to the EU again very soon.
Shipping policy
All items are made in my Yorkshire based home studio.
Jewellery orders and ready to ship clothing will be sent out within 3 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail - tracked options available for overseas.
Please allow up to 21 working days for made to order clothing to be sent out. All orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked. Please allow extra time for delivery for international purchases, there may be delays during peak times.
Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of VAT/Duties or any other fee that might be incurred from our brand with a delivery anywhere outside the UK.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me via email or direct message me on Instagram before you order and I will do all I can to assist in speeding up your order.
Returns policy
Due to recent changes in duty, delivery and handling charges, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made outside of Europe.
Jewellery
All pieces are handmade to order so cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged please get in touch within 14 days of arrival.
Clothing
Returns are available on ready to ship items only within 14 days of arrival. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, once the item has been received your refund will be processed. Please get in touch
Made to order styles are non refundable, please ensure you have checked measurements etc before ordering.
If you would like to return an item email me and I will advise you on how to process the return.
